| Abstract: | Regenerative material resources refer to the waste materials from social production and con- sumption which can be recycled.The waste material recovery and utilization,being an important component of comprehensive and rational exploitation of resources,is one of the important mea- sures to use resources efficiently,to protect continuous function of resources,to ease environmen- tal pollution and to increase economic benefit.The commercial sector across our country is now responsible for collecting processing,handling and mananging all waste materials,to make many contribution towards the comprehensive utilization of resources in our country. |
