微域环境中的硒分布与大骨节病病情程度的关系

摘    要:作者于1979—1983年,选择陕西省渭北高原两个典型微域环境,研究其硒分布与其中相邻村庄居住的人群患大骨节病病情程度的关系.研究结果表明,微域环境内相邻村庄的居民,其大骨节病的病情程度与微地貌变化影响到土壤硒含量的高低,以及水文地质或地理因素影响到水硒含量的高低有密切关系.

Abstract:Results of this study presented the fact that areas severely and lightly affected by Kaschin-Beck disease and the disease-free areas were interdistributed in the micro-environment of K. B. disease region, where the different soil types were formed by the change of micro-geomorphology, and the Se content in various soils are significantly different. These results are in great difference in Se contents in grains with the adjacent fields. In addition, hydrogeological and geographical factors can affect Se amount in drinking water. As a result, where Se contents both in grains and drinking water are low, K. B. disease is bound to occur; where Se contents in grains or drinking water are high, there may be no or even less incidence of K. B. disease.
