| 摘 要： | 党的十七大首次将"生态文明"写入政治报告,把建设生态文明提高到了发展战略的高度。建设生态文明是当前保护生态环境、实现可持续发展的有效途径。杭州在生态文明建设过程中,面临诸多挑战,针对杭州的实际,提出了发展生态经济、优化生态环境、培育生态文化、创新体制机制等对策措施,对于杭州生态文明建设具有重要的指导意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | The party’s 17 largest first "ecological civilization" into the political report on the construction of ecological cilvlization to enhance the development of a strategic height.Ecological civilization construction is an effective method for environment protection and sustainable development.In the ecological civilization constructing process,Hangzhou is faced with many challenges.In accordance with the practical sitution of the Hangzhou,the measures of developing ecological economics,of perfecting ecological environment,of cultivating ecological culture,and of innovating policies and mechanisms on the construction of ecological civiliazation will be of guiding and practiacal significance to the construction of ecological civilization of Hangzhou. |
