SPE-HPLC法测定水环境中痕量炔雌醇研究

摘    要:建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定水环境中痕量炔雌醇含量的方法。考察了C18小柱的最佳洗脱条件,并且根据出峰时间选择了最佳的色谱条件:流动相为乙腈:水=6:4(V:V),温度为30℃,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。线性关系良好,回归方程为y=3.424 8x+0.106,回收率为98%~102%,RSD<3%(n=6)。该方法操作简单,快捷,可以精确地检测到水中雌激素。

Abstract:SPE-HPLC is used for determination of EE2 in water supply system.The optimal elution condition of C18 column was described.The mobile phase was acetonitrile∶water=(60∶ 40,V/V),the column temperature was 30 ℃,current velocity 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength was 280 nm on the basis of the peaks appearance time.The calibration curve was linear.The regression equation was y=3.424 8x+0.106.The mean recoveries was 98%~102%,RSD was less than 3%(n=6).The Method is simple,handled easily and accurate for determination of EE2.
