| Abstract: | Based on the problem occurred during environmental management in the main basins of China,current policies to control water pollution was analyzed in this paper.Simultaneously,the suggestion to establish policies for Environmental Administrative Contract,Environmental Inspection as well as Pollution Public Treatment were proposed in order to enhance the management of point sources and reduce pollution risk. |
