| 摘 要： | 根据南宁市交通污染现状,对机动车总量、行驶状况、自然条件等3个主要影响因素进行了分析,提出防治南宁市城市交通污染应遵循“总量控制,局部分流”的原则,并就该原则下可能采取的9项具体防治措施进行了剖析和总结。
