| 摘 要： | 生态环境社会治理,是建设现代环境治理体系的重要方面。本文在对新时代生态环境社会治理担负的新使命分析基础上,总结了近年生态环保部门推动全民行动取得的积极进展及成效,并提出,唯有共识,才能共治、共享,并就推进生态环境社会治理工作提出几点思考和想法。
