曝气生物滤池多孔释碳填料的研制及其对氨氮废水的处理研究

摘    要:以核桃壳、水泥、沸石为原料制备新型多孔释碳填料(WZ填料),并用其装填搭建曝气生物滤池(BAF)处理氨氮废水。结果表明:WZ填料中沸石∶核桃壳∶水泥的最佳配比(质量比)为1.00∶0.02∶0.30,制得的WZ填料比表面积大,适合微生物生长,可长时间稳定释碳,20d内的释碳量稳定保持在80mg/L左右,WZ填料有助于缩短BAF挂膜启动时间,延长水力停留时间(HRT)可提升BAF对污染物的去除效果,BAF对进水氨氮浓度适应范围较广,在进水氨氮为30~50mg/L时,BAF稳定运行期对氨氮的平均去除率达95%以上,COD平均去除率达76%左右。可见,WZ填料释碳量高且持久性强,有助于解决城市污水处理中反硝化碳源不足问题,提高脱氮效率。

Abstract:A new porous carbon released filler(WZ filler)was prepared with walnut shell,cement and zeolite as raw materials,and the obtained WZ filler was applied in biological aerated filter(BAF)for ammonia-nitrogen wastewater treatment.The results showed that the best ratio of zeolite∶walnut shell∶cement(mass ratio)was 1.00∶0.02∶0.30,the obtained WZ filler had larger specific surface area,which was suitable for microbial growth;it could also stably release carbon for a long time,the carbon release amount in 20 d was stable at 80 mg/L,the prepared WZ filler could shorten the start-up time of BAF filming process.Extending the hydraulic retention time(HRT)could improve the removal effect of BAF on pollutants.BAF had a wide adaptation range on ammonia nitrogen,when the influent ammonia nitrogen was 30-50 mg/L,the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was above 95%,and the average removal rate of COD was about 76%during stable operation.It could be seen that the WZ filler had high carbon releasing ability and strong durability,which could help to solve the problem of insufficient carbon source of urban sewage for denitrification and improve the nitrogen removal efficiency.
