摘    要:以供气式低压射流曝气器为研究对象,运用流体力学分析(CFD)软件对其建立三维模型,用Fluent软件模拟分析其结构参数(一级喷嘴直径、二级喷嘴直径、混合室长径比)对混合室内湍流混合效果的影响。正交试验结果表明,对两相湍流混合效果的影响因素为:一级喷嘴直径>混合室长径比>二级喷嘴直径,最佳湍流混合效果的结构参数是一级喷嘴直径14mm、二级喷嘴直径46mm、混合室长径比4,结构优化后,混合室内气液两相的分布更均匀,混合效果更优。

Abstract:In this paper,the low-pressure air-forced jet aerator was selected as research object,its three-dimensional model was established by using CFD software,and the influence of structure parameters of aerator,including the primary nozzle diameter,the secondary nozzle diameter,the mixing chamber aspect ratio,on turbulent mixing effect in mixing chamber was simulated by Fluent simulation software.The results of orthogonal test showed that the order of factors affecting the mixing effect of gas-liquid two-phase turbulence was as follows:the primary nozzle diameter >the mixing chamber aspect ratio >the secondary nozzle diameter.The optimal structural parameter was the primary nozzle diameter of 14 mm,the secondary nozzle diameter of 46 mm and the mixing chamber aspect ratio of 4.After the structure optimization,the gas-liquid two-phase distribution in the mixing chamber was more uniform and the mixing effect was better.
