| Abstract: | Hearing for enviromental administration was the important legal proceeding which pro-moted the fair operation of power from environmental department and protected the legal rights of admin-istrative relative person. Through the systematic comparison Of the Chinese and American hearing proce-dure for environmental adrninistration in the history, system, specific content, area of application etc., itconcluded that China shOuld use the exPerience of U. S. A. for reference in hearing procedure for environmental administration. |
