摘    要:研究了OGFC路面在隧道防火中的应用,并分析了其防火效果.OGFC沥青混合料孔隙率高达15%~25%,可以把泄漏在OGFC路面层的液体燃料迅速排入道路两侧边沟.本文对比分析了OGFC/SMA/AK三种沥青混合料的排油速率和饱油孔隙率.通过室内马歇尔试件的汽油燃烧试验和隧道内燃料泄漏模型的计算分析,发现OGFC面层的排油防火效果非常好.

Abstract:This article aims to introduce a new way on how to improve the tunnel fire protection through the analysis of the likely effect of the porous asphalt pavement. As is known, tunnel fire can be, and actually, is a great disaster. That is why more and more attention has been attached to the study of the tunnel fire safety both at home and in the world. In the highway engineering, the open graded frication course (short for OGFC), also known as porous asphalt mixture or drainage asphalt mixture. OGFC as an asphalt mixture may contain as high an air void content as 15 to 25 percent, which makes it easy for the leaking gasoline to permeate through the OGFC pavement and then soon get drained to the side gutters. This is beneficial for the passing vehicles through the tunnel. The oil permeating rate and oil saturating air void content of such asphalt mixtures (OGFC/SMA/AK) have been tested and determined through experiments. The higher the oil saturating air void content, the faster the oil permeating rate and the less likely chances for tunnel fires there may occur. Moreover, the laboratory gasoline burning tests on the marshal specimen and analyses of the simulation models of gasoline leakage on tunnel pavement demonstrate that porous asphalt pavement is effective for the tunnel fire protection.
