摘    要:采用水热法制备Fe_3O_4纳米微球,用Stber工艺法表面修饰Fe_3O_4制备Fe_3O_4@SiO_2磁性微球,将其作为非均相Fenton催化剂,并结合超声降解亚甲基蓝(MB)模拟印染废水。通过单因素分析实验,考察了初始pH值、H_2O_2投加量、Fe_3O_4投加量等条件对非均相Fenton反应的影响。结果表明,pH值为3,Fe_3O_4@SiO_2投加量为3. 00 g/L,超声10 min,H2O2投加量为2. 00 m L/L,反应时间1 h,反应温度30℃,此时MB的去除率可达到99. 9%。

Abstract:St ber method was applied to prepare Fe3O4,then Fe3O4@SiO2 magnetic microspheres were prepared after modifying its surface and combined with ultrasonic it was used as heterogeneous Fenton catalyst to degrade Methylene blue(MB)simulated dye wastewater.In this experiment,the effects of initial pH value,H2O2 dosage and Fe3O4 dosage on the heterogeneous Fenton reaction were investigated by single factor analysis.It was shown that the removal efficiency of MB can reach 99.9%in the conditions that,the pH value was 3,the dosage of Fe3O4@SiO2 was 3.00g/L,the ultrasonic was 10 min,the H2O2 was 2.00 mL/L,the reaction time was 1 h and the reaction temperature was 30℃.
