声波对室内模拟涂料燃烧烟气中颗粒物的去除研究

摘    要:使用低频、高声强的声波作为声源,以聚醚多元醇燃烧模拟涂料燃烧烟气,研究了声波频率、声波强度和团聚时间对烟气中固体颗粒物去除的影响。在声波频率800 Hz、声波强度140 dB、团聚时间1~3 min的条件下,对烟气的固体颗粒去除效果明显,团聚后粒径为4~10μm,照度显著提高。结果表明声波对于室内火灾烟气中颗粒物有较好的去除作用,能有效提高火场能见度,有利于防灾减灾。

Study on Removal of Particulate Matter from Flue Gas of Indoor Simulated Coatings by Acoustic Wave

Abstract:The research was to simulate combustion flue gas control of acoustic high-rise interior coating and build a simulation test bed for acoustic reunion control. Low-frequency and high-intensity acoustic waves were used as the sound source and burning polyether glycol combustion is conducted to simulate coating combustion flue gas and to research the influences of the time of agglomeration, the frequency and the intensity of acoustic wave on the removal of particulate matters. The results showed that, under the test conditions, with the frequency of 800 Hz and intensity 140 dB, and the agglomeration time of 1-3 min, the removal effect was obvious, the size of particles was 4-10 μm after agglomeration and the increase rate of illumination was obvious. It is proved that acoustic wave has a good removal effect on indoor fire smoke, which can effectively improve the visibility of the fire field and contribute to prevent and reduce the occurrence of disasters.
