南疆环境违法行为的时空分布特征分析

以南疆2011年以来的环境违法行为作为研究对象,借助ArcGIS、AutoCAD等软件,运用GIS分析法处理空间数据、Ripley’s K函数分析违法行为时空分布模式。结果表明,南疆环境违法行为总体上呈现多中心分布格局,在城市化发展水平较高、工业相对发达地带存在明显的高发区;各种环境违法类型的空间格局大体相同,略有差异;环境违法行为的分布存在季节差异特点,但同一地州的违法行为趋势具有一定的稳定性;环境违法主要行业有化工、污水处理厂、造纸、建材、煤矿业、火电行业、石油行业、钢铁。

Analysis of Temporal and Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Environmental Violations in Southern Xinjiang

In this paper, temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of environmental violations since 2011 in Southern Xinjiang were analyzed, using ArcGIS and AutoCAD software, applying GIS spatial analysis method and Ripley’s K functions to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of violations and delinquency. The results showed that, the environmental violations in southern Xinjiang showed a multi-center distribution pattern and high incidence area of environmental violation was closely related with the area which had the high level of economic development and relatively developed industries. The spatial patterns of various types of environmental violations were basically the same, but there was slight difference. Environmental violations had different characteristics of seasonal distribution, but the violation in the same area maintained certainly stable. Industrial and comprehensive urban areas were the center of environmental violation distribution. The environmental violations mainly happened in chemicals, sewage treatment plants, paper, building materials, coal mining industry, thermal power industry, the oil industry and steel industry.
