摘    要:为研究污水余热回收复合能源系统,设计搭建了沉降膜换热器污水热能回收实验台进行换热器效能测试。通过测得不同运行工况下换热器进出口流体温度等参数,计算换热器效能与流量配比关系函数并建立数学模型,为提高换热器效能以及为污水余热回收能量工程应用与推广奠定技术基础。

Abstract:A Gravity Film Heat Exchanger(GFX)test stand was designed and built for efficiency test for waste heat recovery hybrid energy system.Based on the measuring parameters such as the inlet and the outlet fluid temperature of the GFX under different operating conditions,a mathematical model was established to calculate the relation function of the efficiency and flow ratio.Technical foundation has been settled for future research on the increase efficiency of GFX and engineering application and promotion for waste heat recovery system.
