摘    要:在光合细菌的实验室培养中,酵母粉用量、接种量、光源是比较重要的培养条件。通过实验及研究分析,培养基中酵母浸粉用量对光合细菌菌液生长有较大影响,培养基中酵母浸粉性价比最合适的用量为1 g/L。接种量对光合细菌菌液最终浓度无较大影响,但是高浓度的接种量能够缩短培养时间,如果培养时间要求短,则需要加大接种量,如接种量小,则培养的时间会比较长。此外,综合考虑成本、效率,三种光源白炽灯、LED白光、LED黄光中,LED黄光性价比是最优的。

Abstract:In the laboratory culture of photosynthetic bacteria, the amount of yeast powder, inoculation quantity and light source are important conditions for culture. Through the experiment and analysis, it is found that the amount of yeast extract powder in the medium has a great influence on the growth of photosynthetic bacteria, and the most suitable dosage of the yeast extract in the medium is 1 g/L. The inoculation amount has no significant effect on the final concentration of photosynthetic bacteria, but the high concentration of inoculation can shorten the incubation time. If the training time is short, it needs to increase the amount of inoculation, and if the inoculation amount is small, the time of culture will be longer. In addition, considering the cost and efficiency LED yellow light price ratio is the best in three kinds of light sources, incandescent lamps, LED white light and LED yellow light.
