污泥质催化剂-过硫酸钾体系降解弱酸艳蓝的研究

摘    要:探讨了污泥质催化剂制备的最佳条件,同时分析了不同条件下污泥质催化剂-过硫酸钾体系对弱酸艳蓝的去除效果。污泥质催化剂最佳的制备条件为,污泥质量1 g,硫酸亚铁浓度0.2 mol/L,煅烧温度500℃,煅烧时间1 h。在pH值为3、过硫酸钾浓度为0.005 mol/L、催化剂投加量为0.05 g、反应30 min的条件下,该体系对弱酸艳蓝去除率可达92.79%。HPO_42-与HCO^-_3对整个反应具有较强的抑制作用。对制备的污泥质催化剂进行扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS),表明催化剂与原始污泥相比较Fe元素含量由原来的1%增加到16.34%;进一步做X射线衍射(XRD)分析可知,催化剂在2θ=20.72°,26.65°,50°处出现衍射峰,表明Fe元素存在形式主要为Fe_3O_4以及铁的氢氧化物Fe(OH)_3与FeOOH。

Abstract:The optimal preparation conditions of the sludge-derived catalyst were investigated.Meanwhile,the degradation effect of weak acid brilliant blue by the sludge-derived catalyst and potassium persulfate system was analyzed.The optimal preparation conditions of the catalyst was that,sludge 1 g,ferrous sulfate concentration 0.2 mol/L,calcined temperature 500℃,calcined time 1 h.At the process conditions,pH value 3,catalyst 0.05 g,persulfate concentration 0.005 mol/L,the removal rate of weak acid brilliant blue was 92.79%at 30 min.The effect of coexistence ion was analyzed,HPO 2-4 and HCO-3 had strong inhibitory on the reaction system.In the addition,the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)for the catalysts were measured.The SEM and EDS showed that compared the original sludge,the Fe element proportion increased from 1%to 16.34%in the catalyst.It meant that ferrous sulfate had good adhesion on the sludge.In the X-ray diffraction(XRD)spectra,the peaks appeared at 2θ=20.72°,26.65°,50°,it was shown that the Fe element existed as the form of Fe 3O4,Fe(OH)3 and FeOOH.
