摘    要:选取普通型黄瓜和水果型黄瓜共15个品种,采用室内土培盆栽试验,研究在不同镉浓度土壤中,不同黄瓜品种对镉的吸收和富集能力的差异,探讨黄瓜在镉污染土壤中是否存在其果实镉含量低于国家规定限值的品种(Cd-PSC)。结果表明,在土壤镉质量浓度为1 mg/kg时,普通黄瓜品种对镉的积累富集能力更低,产量更高。有46.67%的品种果实超过国家规定的限值,其中普通黄瓜和水果黄瓜的超标率分别为25.0%和71.4%,在该土壤镉污染浓度下存在Cd-PSCs,普通黄瓜品种秀丽和粤秀三号更适合在此类土壤中推广种植。在土壤镉质量浓度为10 mg/kg时,普通型黄瓜的生物量下降更快,但大于水果型黄瓜的生物量,品种间差异也较小,所有品种的果实镉超标率为100%。

Abstract:In this study,a total of 15 varieties of common type cucumber and fruit type cucumber are selected,and indoor soil culture potted experiment is conducted to study the differences in the cadmium absorption and enrichment capacity of different cucumber varieties in soils with different cadmium concentrations,so as to explore whether the cadmium content of cucumber fruits in soils contaminated with cadmium is lower than the national limit(Cd-PSC).Results show that common cucumbers have a lower adsorption and enrichment capacity but higher yield when soil cadmium content is 1 mg/kg.And 46.67%of the species’fruits have exceeded the national limits,among which the common cucumber and fruit cucumber are 25.0%and 71.4%,respectively.There exists Cd-PSCs in this soil under the concentration of cadmium pollution and the types of Xiu Li and Yue Xiu Three are more suitable to be widely planted in this type of soil.The biomass of common cucumber decreases faster,but is higher than fruit cucumber with less cultivar difference when soil cadmium content is 10 mg/kg.The cadmium exceeding rate of fruits of all varieties is 100%.
