摘    要:基于139例索道故障及事故案例的统计分析,建立了客运索道风险因素集。在此基础上,引用新本桶理论提出客运索道风险控制锁链模型(RCCM),结合已有统计数据验证该模型的合理性,并基于RCCM提出了客运索道风险控制对策。

Abstract:According to the statistical analysis of 139 ropeway faults and accident cases, a set of risk factors for passenger ropeway was established. On this basis, the new bucket theory was introduced and the passenger ropeway risk control chain model(RCCM) was proposed. Besides, rationality of RCCM was verified by existing statistical data. Based on RCCM, passenger ropeway risk control countermeasures were put forward.
