摘    要:由于布袋除尘器存在体积庞大、易糊袋、易磨损、使用寿命低等缺点,本设计研究了一种通过特殊加工工艺和表面预处理技术形成的新型波纹滤料,对该滤料过滤性能及影响因素进行试验研究。结果表明:该滤料除尘性能优异,除尘效率高达99.9%,对2μm呼吸性粉尘除尘效率达89%,且运行阻力稳定,清灰性能良好,粉尘剥离率高达98.2%。与其他滤料相比,该滤料除尘效率高,使用寿命长,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:A new corrugated filter material with special processing technology and surface pretreatment was designed based on the disadvantages of large volume, easy to paste bags, easy wear and low life in the process of application of bag filter and the filtering performances and the affecting factors were studied. The results show that the filter material has excellent dust removal performance, dust removal efficiency up to 99.9%, dust removal efficiency of 2 μm dust up to 89%, running resistance stable, good ash removal performance, and dust stripping rate up to 98.2%. The filter material has high dust removal efficiency, long service life and good application prospect compared to other filter materials.
