摘    要:采用Fenton氧化法降解硝化棉生产废水中的COD,考察了Fenton氧化主要参数对COD去除效果的影响。结果表明:在H2O2投加量为600 mg/L, n (Fe^2+)n (H2O2)=23,不调节pH值(初始pH值<1),反应时间60 min,反应温度40℃时,废水的COD可以从263 mg/L降解到49.2 mg/L,COD去除率达到81.3%。Fenton氧化之后,投加氢氧化钙5 g/L中和,PAM 2 mg/L混凝沉淀,出水COD和pH值稳定达到GB 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准。

Abstract:Fenton oxidation is used to degrade COD in nitrocellulose wastewater and the effects of main parameters of Fenton oxidation on COD removal are investigated. The results show that, when the dosage of H2O2 is 600mg/L, n (Fe^2+) n (H2O2)=2 3, do not adjust the pH value(the initial pH value is less than 1), the reaction time is 60 minutes, and the reaction temperature is 40 degrees centigrade, the COD of the wastewater can be degraded from 263 mg/L to 49.2 mg/L, and the removal rate reaches 81.3%. After the oxidation of Fenton, adding 5 g/L of calcium hydroxide to neutralization and 2 mg/L of PAM to coagulation sedimentation, the COD and pH values of effluent can reach the first grade discharge standard of GB 8978-1996.
