职工安全文化研究

为了揭示事故和伤害的深层次原因,从安全文化的定义出发,区分了安全文化的主体,认为职工安全文化是企业安全文化建设中不可或缺的部分。从大量的事故和伤害案例以及研究文献出发,提出职工安全文化的"三维八度433"模型,包括本体维(生命安全、健康安全)、社会维(生活安全、工作安全)、文化维(安全意识、安全责任、安全行为、安全形象),并对要素进行了深入解析,阐明了要素之间的相互关系,为职工安全文化建设和评估奠定了理论和实践基础。通过内蒙古锡林郭勒盟"2·23"重大事故案例分析,表明职工安全文化建设是预防事故的关键。

Research on Employee Safety Culture

In order to reveal the deep-seated causes of accidents and injuries, starting from the definition of safety culture, the main body of safety culture is distinguished, and employee safety culture is considered as an indispensable part of the construction of safety culture. Starting from a large number of accident and injury cases and research literature, this paper puts forward a three-dimensional eight-degree 433 model of employee safety culture, including body dimension(life safety, health safety), society dimension(living safety, working safety) and culture dimension(safety awareness, safety responsibility, safety behavior, safety image), makes a thorough analysis of the elements, and clarifies the interaction between the elements. These have laid a theoretical and practical foundation for the construction and evaluation of employee safety culture. Through the case analysis of "2·23" major accident in Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia, it shows that the construction of employee safety culture is the key to prevent accidents.
