摘    要:本文介绍了新抚钢7~#转炉二次、三次屋顶除尘以及8~#、9~#转炉三次屋顶除尘一体化系统的设计方案,详细阐述了风量如何分配、风电机和除尘器的选型等参数,并指出了系统在管网阻力平衡、三次屋顶除尘罩和滤袋选择需要重点考虑的问题。系统2年多来稳定可靠运行,排放达标。

Abstract:This article has introduced the design of converter’s secondary and tertiary dedusting in Fushun New Steel Company,and elaborated air distribution and the parameters of the fan and motor and dust remover.At the same time it is also pointed out that the resistance balance of pipe network and the selection of rooftop dedusting hood and filter bag should be especially considered.The system has been running steadily and reliably for more than 2 years,and the discharge is up to the standard.
