摘    要:提出了一种基于小波变换和遗传算法的单相接地故障区段定位新技术。根据故障点前后的零序电流突变方向相反的特点,利用小波变换确定不同检测位置的零序电流突变方向,然后对比突变方向确定故障区段。单相接地故障信号容易受到外部干扰,为了提高定位的容错性,提出了基于遗传算法的定位技术,利用小波变换后的结果通过遗传迭代实现故障的准确定位。通过数字仿真对定位方法进行了充分验证。仿真结果表明,故障定位准确率高,有着良好的实用性。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel technology on single phase-earth fault location in distribution network based on wavelet and genetic algorithm.In light of the feature that both sides of the fault points have opposite mutation direction,wavelet transformation is applied to determine mutation direction at different detection locations,and then the fault section is determined by comparing the mutation direction.Single-phase ground fault signals are vulnerable to external interference.In order to improve the fault tolerance of localization,a localization technique based on genetic algorithm is proposed,which USES the results of wavelet transform to realize accurate fault localization through genetic iteration.The simulation results show that the fault location accuracy is high and it has good practicability.
