基于CM和信息熵的综合管廊施工安全风险耦合评价研究

摘    要:针对我国地下综合管廊施工安全事故频发的现象,提出一种基于CM和信息熵的综合管廊施工安全风险耦合评价方法。通过分析综合管廊施工事故的原因,从事故致因角度探究综合管廊施工安全风险耦合机理,建立了综合管廊施工安全风险评价指标体系,并运用信息熵量化各指标权重。考虑风险因素间的相互耦合作用,基于耦合度模型(CM)构建了综合管廊施工风险耦合模型,并以耦合度值对综合管廊施工安全风险状态进行定量评价。最后以实际案例对模型进行验证,发现该评价方法能充分考虑施工安全风险因素之间的耦合效应,更加贴近工程实际,能够为地下综合管廊安全施工风险管理提供新的依据。

Safety Risk Evaluation of Utility-tunnel Construction Based on CM and Information Entropy

Abstract:In view of the high incidence of safety accidents in utility-tunnel construction in China,a safety risk coupling assessment method based on CM(coupling model)and information entropy is proposed in this paper.By analyzing the causes of utility-tunnel construction accidents and exploring the coupling mechanism of utility-tunnel construction safety risks based on accident causes,a risk evaluation index system is established and information entropy is used to quantify the weights of each index.Taking the interaction of risk factors into consideration,a risk evaluation model of utility-tunnel construction safety is constructed based on the coupling model,and the coupling degree is applied to quantitatively evaluate the safety risk status of the utility-tunnel construction.Finally,the model feasibility is verified by a practical case,founding that the evaluate method is closer to engineering practice because it takes full account of the coupling effect among risk factors,which provides new basis for the risk management of utility-tunnel construction.
