木业企业除尘设施安全问题及对策研究

为了解木业企业可燃爆粉尘除尘设施中存在的安全问题,并提出合理可靠的安全防范对策。本文首先按照木业企业粉尘特点,在粉尘安全风险分析的基础上,结合规律法规及技术标准,编制了经济实用的木业企业除尘设施安全技术要求;其次,采用该安全技术要求对浙江省湖州市南浔区的193家木业企业开展了除尘设施的安全检查。结果表明,浙江省湖州市木业企业普遍存在除尘设施设计、建设和运行维护管理不规范,以及企业安全管理意识淡薄等问题。针对这些问题提出了系统防范的安全对策,为企业粉尘防火防爆和政府监管提供了非常重要的参考。

Safety Problems and Countermeasures of Dust Removal Facilities in Wood Enterprises

In order to understand the safety problems existing in dust removal facilities of combustible and explosive dust in wood enterprises, reasonable and reliable safety precautions are put forward. Firstly, according to the dust characteristics of wood industry enterprises, on the basis of dust safety risk analysis, combined with laws, regulations and technical standards, the economic and practical safety technical requirements for dust removal facilities in wood enterprises are worked out;secondly, adopting this safety technology, 193 wood industry enterprises in Nanxun District, Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province are inspected. The results show that the design, construction, operation and maintenance management of dust removal facilities are not standard in Huzhou wood industry enterprises in Zhejiang Province. In view of these problems, the author puts forward the safety countermeasures of system prevention, which provides a very important reference for enterprise dust fire prevention and explosion protection and government supervision.
