摘    要:通过研究基于红外和紫外光谱SF_6气体检测技术,采用紫外光谱法检测特征分解物SO_2和H_2S含量,采用可调谐激光法检测分解物CO和水分含量,采用红外吸收光谱法检测SF_6纯度,长效高精度检测保证了SF_6设备状态的正确判断,并实现了模块化集成,节约人力物力。

Abstract:This paper studies SF6 gas detection technology based on infrared and ultraviolet spectroscopy to solve problems. The content of the characteristic decomposers SO2 and H2S is detected by ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the content of the decomposers CO and water are detected by tunable laser spectrophotometry, and the purity of SF6 is detected by infrared absorption spectrophotometry. Long-term high-precision detection has ensuree the correct judgment of SF6 equipment status, and realizes modular integration, saving manpower and material resources.
