摘    要:结合焦化脱硫脱硝系统实际工程项目,从IO点表配置、控制原理、变频器控制逻辑、PID参数设置、工程运用注意事项等几个方面,介绍了引风机的控制系统。从运行数据表看出,引风机控制系统达到设计效果,满足焦化的生产要求和脱硫脱硝系统排放指标要求,对以后同类工程有一定的借鉴作用。同时还需经过长期的生产检验和各种工况条件实践,不断优化PID调节参数,使引风机的控制系统更加完善。

Abstract:Combined with the actual project of coking desulfurization and denitrification system, the control system of the fan is introduced from several aspects, such as the configuration of the IO point table, the control principle, the control logic of the frequency converter, the setting of the PID parameters, the matters needing attention in the engineering application and so on. It can be seen from the running data table that the control system of the fan reaches the design effect, meets the requirements of the production of coking and the requirement of the emission of the desulfurization and denitrification system, and has a certain reference for the similar projects in the future. After a long period of production inspection and various working conditions, PID control parameters will be optimized, and the control system of the induced draft fan will be more perfect.
