垃圾填埋场HDPE膜漏洞密度及其影响因素的统计分析

摘    要:采用偶极子方法对全国不同地区的80个垃圾填埋场进行了防渗层事故性破损的检测,根据检测结果计算了不同填埋场的漏洞密度;通过对漏洞密度数据进行前处理、拟合优度检验,确定了我国填埋场漏洞密度服从参数为(25.62, 0.88)的Gamma分布;在此基础上对漏洞密度的影响因素进行了统计分析,结果表明,具有工程施工资质且具有专业防渗施工经验的公司其漏洞产生量仅为19.1个/万m2,而没有资质的公司其漏洞产生量高达37.6个/万m2;采用卵石作为导排层的填埋场漏洞数量明显小于采用导排层的填埋场;采用2 mm厚土工膜的填埋场漏洞数量远小于采用1.5 mm厚土工膜的填埋场。

Abstract:Dipole method was used to detect the leaks of HDPE geomembrane in the linear system for 80 landfills.Hole density was then calculated for different landfills using the detection data. Through the procedure of pretreatment and hypothesis testing of fit goodness, the distribution type of hole density in HDPE geomembrane-in the landfill of China was identified as Gamma distribution with the parameter of (25.62, 0.88). Further study was conducted to analyze the elements that influence the production of hole in HDPE geomembrane, and it indicated that hole density in the landfills constructed by those companies with engineering qualification and rich experiments of linear system construction is 19.1 holes/ha averagely, while in the landfills constructed by those without qualification and experiment, the hole density is as high as 37.6 holes/ha averagely. In addition, landfills using pebble as drainage material tend to produce little hole when being compared with those landfills using gravel as drainage system; landfills using thinner HDPE geomembrane (1.5 mm) are more possible to produce more hole than those landfill using thicker HDPE geomembrane (2.0 mm).
