摘    要:硅钙渣作为高铝粉煤灰碱-石灰烧结法提取氧化铝后产生的二次固废,为了使其能够大量地应用于建材领域,研究了热活化温度对硅钙渣水化胶凝性活性的影响,并采用TG-DSC和XRD对机理进行了分析。 结果表明,硅钙渣中方解石的分解是硅钙渣活性得以提高的主要因素,在煅烧温度在600~700℃时,其胶凝活性最佳。

Abstract:The silicate-calcium slag is a solid waste produced in the alumina extraction from high alumina fly ash by means of sodium hydrate & limerock agglomeration. To largely imploy it into the building materials industry, we studied the influence of agglomerating temperature on the cementation activity of silicate-calcium slag, and meanwhile, we also analyzed the mechanism through TG-DSC and XRD. The results showed that the decomposition of calcite in the silicate-calcium slag is the major factor for improving the cementation activity of silicate-calcium slag, and the optimal cementation activity was achieved when the agglomerating temperature was 600~700℃.
