臂丛神经肌间沟联合腋路阻滞法在上肢手术中的应用

摘    要:目的观察肌间沟臂丛神经阻滞联合腋路臂丛神经阻滞在上肢手术中的麻醉效果.方法将90例ASAI~II级上肢手术患者随机分为肌间沟组、腋路组、肌间沟联合腋路组.局麻药采用同一浓度的罗哌卡因和舒芬太尼混合液.观察注药后麻醉完善时间、维持时间、麻醉效果及不良反应.结果肌间沟联合腋路组麻醉完善时间及麻醉效果较前两组好,不良反应少.结论肌间沟臂丛阻滞联合腋路臂丛阻滞麻醉用于上肢手术是安全有效的麻醉方法.

Abstract:To investigate the effects of interscalene brachial plexus combined axillary road block in upper extremity surgery.Methods ninety ASAⅠ~II grade patients undergoing surgery of upper extremity were randomly divided into three groups:groupⅠ interscalene brachial plexus block anesthesia group;group Ⅱ axillary road block anesthesia;group Ⅲ interscalene brachial plexus combined axillary road block group.Local anesthetics were adopted the same concentrations of saul lignocaine and perospirone sufentanil mixture.Anesthesia effect-acting period,maintain time,perfect effect and adverse reactions were recorded.Results Anesthesia effect-acting period and perfect effect of interscalene brachial plexus combined axillary road block group(group Ⅲ)was gooded than groupⅠ~Ⅱ of and fewer side effects.Conclusion Applications of interscalene brachial plexus joint axillary road block in upper extremity surgery is very safe and effective operation of anesthesia method.
