| Abstract: | The paper described the status of the VOCs treatment,the theory and advantages of cold plasma in treating VOCS.It also pointed out that it was necessary to develop this technology,especially to produce the commercial products.It predicted some aspects of study in future,such as further study on the mechanism,optimizing the parameter,decreasing the energy consumption and the appropriate device for industry. |
