分散型污水处理装置性能评价实验室的调试与运行

摘    要:分散型污水处理装置性能评价实验室于2006年10月开始进行调试运行,历时半年,经过原水水质调查,清水、污水的调试运行,系统中空调、污水降温、污水升温、除臭以及控制系统等的调试,结果显示,性能评价实验室各系统运行基本正常,可以模拟在自然条件下分散型污水处理装置的运行条件,基本达到设计参数的要求;实验用的分散型污水处理装置运转正常,出水CODCr,TN和TP去除率分别为93%,75%和60%. 调试运行过程中发现,因性能评价实验室使用的热交换器散热片间距较小,原水中悬浮物含量偏高,经常造成热交换器堵塞,建议在原水2 mm格栅后再增加1个1 mm格栅.

Abstract:The capability evaluation laboratory of decentralized wastewater treatment facility began to test running from Oct. 2006 for half year. The test running included clean water test, wastewater test, air conditioning, wastewater temperature declining and raising, odor removal, and controlling system, etc. The result indicates that the capability evaluation laboratory works normally and reaches the design request, and it can simulate the running condition of wastewater treatment facility at natural state. The wastewater treatment facility ran normally, and the removal rate of outflow CODCr, TN and TP are 93%, 75% and 60% respectively. It is however found that in test that heat exchanger stopped often, because the SS of raw wastewater is high. It is proposed that a screening of 1 mm should be added after the original 2 mm screener.
