对土壤中砷汞含量检测方法的探索研究

摘    要:文章是对土壤中砷汞含量测定方法的研究,由于在仪器检测方面多已成形,所以测定准确与否在一定程度上就取决于样品的前处理方法。在本次实验中,我们采用微波消解法进行前处理。通过对标准物质的测试检验,得到了很好的效果。对几种土样中的As、Hg的测试也达到了满意的效果,所以用此方法对土壤中的重金属检测完全可行。

Abstract:This article studied the determination methods for arsenic and mercury contents in soil. Since most of the parame- ters are predetermined in instrument testing, the accuracy of measurement results depends on pretreatment methods of the sam- pies. The microwave digestion using nitric acid for pretreatment was adopted in this experiment. Favorable treatment effects were obtained for arsenic and mercury through test on standard substances. So this method is applicable to detecting heavy metals in soils.
