摘    要:针对目前高压隔离开关在操控过程中动触头运动缺少精准控制和控制回路较复杂不易排除故障的问题,提出了一种集中化、可视化、智能化的隔离开关智能操作控制系统。该系统基于绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)变频调速技术,实现了隔离开关触头运动过程的精准控制;通过对原有控制回路的分析与整合,实现了隔离开关控制回路中各项逻辑的可视化。试验结果表明:该系统能够满足隔离开关分合闸的技术要求,可以有效提高隔离开关操作控制精准度与智能化水平。

Abstract:Aiming at the movable contact motion of the isolating switch during the operation lack of precision control and complex control circuit leading to the difficult clearing of a fault, a kind of smart isolating switch operation system with centralization ,visualization and intelligence are presented. The system based on insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) variable voltage and variable frequency technology realized the precision control of the movable contact motion process of the isolating switch, by the analysis and integration of the original control circuit, each logic visualization of the isolating switch control circuit has been realized. The results show that the system can satisfy the technical demands for the isolating switch opening and closing, which effectively improve control precision and intelligent level of the switch operation.
