摘    要:为解决采用传统操动机构的断路器分合闸速度和可靠性较低的问题,提出了一种基于涡流驱动的大容量快速开关。该快速开关使用机电一体化的电子机械替代传统机械式传动机构,并且采用涡流驱动技术、快速检测技术、分合闸无反弹技术和过零分合闸技术,显著提高了开关的快速性和可靠性。通过装置性能测试试验表明:基于涡流驱动大容量快速开关在分合闸速度、开关容量、机械寿命以及抑制短路电流等方面均优于传统的断路器。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of low switching speed and reliability of circuit breaker withtraditional operating mechanism, a large capacity high-speed switch based on eddy current drive isproposed. The fast switch uses electromechanical integration instead of traditional mechanical trans-mission mechanism. The switching speed and reliability are greatly improved by using eddy currentdrive technology , fast detection technology, non-rebound switching technology and zero-crossingswitching technology. The performance test of device shows that large capacity high-speed switchbased on eddy current drive is superior to the traditional circuit breaker in the aspects of switching speed, switching capacity, mechanical life and short circuit current suppression.
