废聚苯乙烯裂解催化剂的筛选及工艺条件的优化

摘    要:研究了聚苯乙烯在固体酸、固体碱和过渡金属氧化物存在下的裂解情况,得出的催化性能顺序为:固体碱>过渡金属氧化物>固体酸。并以催化性能最佳的氧化钡进行了反应条件的探索。得出在常压下,温度为420 ℃,催化剂量为2%时,可以得到的裂解液和苯乙烯收率最高,分别为90%和71.2%。

Abstract:The degradation of waste polystyrene over solid acids,solid bases and transitional metal oxides was studied.It was concluded that the order of catalytic effects is solid bases > transitional metal oxides > solid acids.The optimum condition of the degradation over solid bases BaO was also studied.The yields of distillate and styrene can attain 90% and 71.2% respectively under the degradation condition of temperature 420 ℃,pressure 1 atm,and catalyst content 2%.
