Accumulative Regulation of Total Alkaloid in Leonurus Artemisia (Lour.)S.Y.Hu by Various Growth Regulate Matters

Field spray of applying various growth regulate matters to Leonurus artemisia was carried out to trace influened effects on the accumulation of total alkaloid in Leonurus artemisia by various growth regulate matters.The test results indicated as follows:1.On various level of concentration about growth regulate matters,the content of total alkaloid in Leonurus artemisia reduced gradually with raising of concentration level for spray of Gibberellin.Thirty Alkytalcohol and Ai Duxiu,the content of total alkaloid in Leonurus artemisia increased gradually for Cytokinin and EMT.2.On the same level of concentration,the influenced effect on the accumulation of total alkaloid in Leonurus artemisia differ from each other.3.Through cooperation with Gibberellin on low level of concentration and Cytokinin on standard level of concentration might build regulate pattern of good quality and high production.
