| 摘 要： | A-P值法是进行区域大气总量控制的一种常用的方法。由于模型的缺陷,其并不能准确地反映允许排放状况。本文基于这一原因,在前人已有的研究基础上,提出了＂分担率＂概念,分析了污染源的有效贡献,并用于实例研究,使得结果更加可靠。

| Abstract: | A-P method is one of popular methods to calculate regional air total amount.However,it cannot reflect the allowable emissions accurately with the limitation of the model.So a new concept of share rate is introduced into based on previous researches,which analyzed the contribution of the pollution sources effectively.The new method is applied in real case,the results is more reliable than before. |
