电-多相催化反应器处理苯胺废水的研究

摘    要:提出一种基于复极性固定床反应器处理有机废水的新技术:电-多相催化技术,用于苯胺废水的处理。实验结果表明,该技术对苯胺具有较好的催化降解的效果。在外加电压30V、电解时间1h、支持电解浓度800mg/L、pH值中性的条件下,降解COD为800mg/L的苯胺废水,去除率可达36.53%,同时对不同因素的影响原因进行了分析。

Abstract:The treatment of aniline wastewater was investigated using a novel bipolar packed bed cell based electro-heterogeneous catalytic reactor. The experimental results indicated that the reactor had positive effect on aniline degradation. On the condition of applied voltage 30V, electrolysis time 1h, salinity of the electrolyte 800mg/L and initial pH value about 7, the removal efficiency of COD in aniline wastewater can reach 36.53%, and the affected factors were also analysed.
