| 摘 要： | 近半个世纪以来,日趋变暖的气候使得碳减排成为世界上很热的一个议题。本文从全球CO2的排放及其对气候的影响入手,引入低碳经济的概念和碳减排国际合作情况,分析了碳减排技术和投资热点。最后对我国碳减排提出几点建议。

| Abstract: | During the last fifty years,global warming has made carbon emissions reduction more and more focused by the people worldwide.The article starts with carbon dioxide emissions and its effect on the globe,then in introdues low-carbon economy and international cooperation in carbon emissions reduction and analyzes carbon emissions reduction technologies.The end,some advice on carbon emissions reduction in China is given. |
