| 摘 要： | 根据科学发展观的内涵,通过社会发展环境、生活质量及人口素质等六个评价准则构建了人的全面发展评价指标体系。在客观赋权法和主观赋权法赋权的基础上,通过相对熵优化理论对四种权重进行组合赋权的方式确定最优权重,建立了人的全面发展综合评价模型,并对中国典型的10个副省级城市进行实证分析。
