| 摘 要： | 发展低碳经济是云南边疆民族地区解决经济发展和生态保护矛盾的必然选择,是摆脱贫困实现跨越式发展的必由之路。云南发展低碳经济具有独特优势,同时存在较大困难。本文对云南低碳经济具体发展模式进行了初步探讨。云南作为边疆民族地区,发展低碳经济,可以从观念更新和寻求特色模式来思考。

| Abstract: | Low-carbon economy is a new research area,which is the road one must follow to solve the poverty problem and realize a fast-paced development in Yunnan's ethnic frontier regions.It is also an important approach to solve the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection.We should try to find characteristic patterns in which to develop the low-carbon economy in ethnic frontier regions. |
