| Abstract: | The paper explicates briefly the fine decision-making mechanism which is the fundamental guarantee of envi- ronmental decision-making for public participation.The paper also analyzes the deficiency existed in the operating mechanism of environmental decision-making for public participation in our country and brings forward some considerations in optimizing the operating mechanism. |
