改进MBR反应器对污染物去除性能的研究

摘    要:对膜生物反应器提出了合理改进,采用射流曝气为反应器充氧,并对改进后的MBR对污染物的去除效果及机制进行了研究,结果表明,改进后的MBR对COD、氨氮具有良好的去除效果,对COD的去除率能保持在95%以上,氨氮的去除率维持在99%以上。反应器运行的前期生化反应在对COD的去除起主导地位,但随着运行时间的延长,膜对去除COD的贡献率增大。

Abstract:This paper made reasonable improvement on the existing membrane bioreactor, used jet aeration offer oxygen for reactor, and researched the performance for the MBR after improvment, the results showed that the MBR on the removed COD and NH4^+ - N has good effect, the removal efficiency of MBR for COD respectively is above 95%, the removal efficiency for NH4^+ - N can maintain 99%. At the beginning of the reactor operation, biochemical reaction in the removal of COD is in terms of a dominant position, but with the time run, the contribution rate of the membrane removal of COD increased.
