摘    要:动态旋流器在含油污水处理中具有广阔的应用前景.分析了影响动态旋流器性能的主要结构参数,研究了旋转栅、长径比及溢流嘴对性能的影响规律.同时,基于一种典型的动态液-液旋流器结构,利用CFD技术对其进行了数值模拟研究,分析了不同工艺参数包括进口流量、分流比及转速对旋流器分离性能的影响规律.

Abstract:Dynamic hydrocyclone can be widely used in the treatment of wastewater with oil.This paper analyzes some main structural parameters affecting the performance of dynamic hydrocyclone and studies the affecting rules of turnstile,slenderness ratio and runoff orifice on the performance.Meanwhile,based on one kind of typical dynamic hydrocyclone,numerical simulation is conducted by using CFD technique and also the affecting rules of different technical parameters on hydrocyclone seperation performance are analyz...
