| Abstract: | Promotion of small town development is the essential way to realize urbanization and sustainable development in China. This article discusses the relationship among the urbanization of rural areas, industrialization and modernization. Then, the targets, functions and principles in the development of small towns are raised. The aim is to benefit the sustainable development and to properly solve "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" problems in our country. |
