| 摘 要： | 建设生态省要以生态文明为指导。生态文明的产生是一个不断解放思想的过程,是中华文化与马克思主义的当代汇合,它在产生背景与理论针对性、具体内容、指导思想等方面超越了以往的生态观。在生态文明背景下创建生态省,需要具有世界意识、全局意识、发展意识和前瞻意识。

| Abstract: | The establishment of an ecological province must be guided by ecological civilization.The construction of ecological civilization is an ongoing process of emancipating the mind.It is the contemporary convergence of Chinese culture and Marxism.It exceeds previous ecological perspective in background,theory relevant,specific content and guidelines.Creating an ecological province in the context of ecological civilization needs world consciousness,global awareness,sense of development and forward-thinking. |
