全程自养脱氮技术处理高浓度含氮淀粉废水的工程实例

摘    要:淀粉废水有机氮浓度较高,污水处理采用调节池-厌氧池-全程自养脱氮池-二沉池-混凝沉淀池处理工艺,在进水CODCr<10000mg/L,TN≤600mg/L情况下,处理后CODCr<100mg/L,NH3-N<10mg/L,完全达到预期处理效果。目前国内全程自养脱氮技术(处理超低C/N废水)大都停留在试验阶段,工程化的实例很少。

Abstract:Starch wastewater contains high concentration of organic nitrogen.The process of “regulating+anaerobic treatment+full autotrophic denitrification+coagulating sedimentation” was used to treat the starch wastewater and fully met the expected requirements.The effluent COD_ Cr and NH_3-N were below 100 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively while the influent COD_ Cr below 10 000 mg/L and TN below 700 mg/L.So far the technology of full autotrophic denitrification for treating low C/N wastewater is still in laboratory stage and is seldom applied in the real project in China.This successful project is valuable for the application of the technology.
