| 摘 要： | 对光污染问题作了介绍.光污染是一种新型的环境污染,它包括白亮污染、人工白昼和彩光污染.光污染具有极大的危害性,包括危害人体健康、生态破坏、增加交通事故、妨碍天文观测、给人们生活带来麻烦、浪费能源等.必须采取相应的措施积极预防,包括建立相关法律法规、加强建设规划和管理手段.

| Abstract: | The present paper aims to introduce the problem of light pollution. Light pollution is a new kind of environmental pollution, with the development of industrialization and civilization. It could be classified into three types, white light pollution, artificial daylight, and colorful light pollution. Light pollution is harmful to people's health, and it could disrupt ecology, increase the traffic accident, disturb the astronomical observation, bring much trouble to people's life, and waster energy. It is necessary to take measures to prevent the problems caused by light pollution. To build relative laws and regulations, to strengthen constructive layout and management are the good solutions and suggestions. |
